Verify access requests, provide professional tools, process quotes and orders, deliver support and protect the platform.
Email-code sign-in
Sign-in uses a code sent to your email address, valid for 10 minutes. Never share it; the team will not ask for it. Signing in does not replace professional account approval or role permissions.
Device and sign-out
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Without device persistence, the session lasts up to 24 hours. On a personal device, “Keep this device signed in” allows a session of up to 60 days. Avoid this option on a shared device and sign out after use. Signing out revokes the relevant session.
Access and retention
Private data is available only to authorised staff according to role. Retention follows the professional relationship and applicable obligations.
