UNDERSTAND · COMPARE · PREPARE

A service starts with a clear scope.

Transport, assistance or commissioning: a title alone describes neither tasks nor conditions. This category preserves catalogue service lines and helps you distinguish supply, assistance and an intervention to be agreed. Inovexia remains your distribution contact; WEXON is the dedicated installation and integration destination.

No package, response time, guaranteed outcome or geographical coverage is inferred from these lines. Scope, provider, exclusions and conditions must be confirmed in the proposal. The website accepts quotation enquiries, not purchases or online commercial acceptance.

From the need to a traceable request

  1. 1 · Describe the request

Specify the project, equipment and desired result. Distinguish pre-purchase selection from an incident on equipment already in use. Include the existing project or document reference rather than restart with a generic description.

  2. 2 · Define the limits

List required tasks, site, supplied or retained equipment, authorised access and scheduling constraints. Ask who provides licences, cables and accessories. Explicit exclusions prevent confusion between delivery, physical installation and configuration.

  3. 3 · Use the right workflow

With an approved professional account, prepare a project and request a quotation. Use a support case for an incident and an RMA request for a hardware return. Submission is neither an accepted order nor return authorisation.

  4. 4 · Keep the decisions

Keep the request reference, proposal version, correspondence and outstanding points. Identify any change in quantities or scope. Purchase and commercial acceptance are handled directly with the team, outside the online enquiry workflow.

Four different kinds of request

Prepare a request that can be quoted

  1. An observable result

State what must be delivered or checked, not just “make everything work”. Example brief: show four camera views on an identified workstation with agreed permissions. This is an example request, not a completed or guaranteed service.

  2. Prerequisites and responsibilities

Specify equipment readiness, cabling state and site access authorisation. Assign preparation, intervention, validation and document handover. Do not put passwords in descriptions or attachments; arrange access separately with authorised people.

  3. Completion evidence

Request expected tests, recorded reservations and handover documents appropriate to scope. Distinguish user instruction, technical documentation and any later follow-up. Agree on inclusion rather than assume it from a “service” line item.

Explicit conditions, not implicit promises

Historical “installation and commissioning” lines are not a standard offer for every product and site. Identify the provider and scope. For integrated installation, present the need to WEXON through the dedicated link; adding a line does not schedule a visit.

Opening an RMA case does not determine warranty eligibility or promise replacement. Await instructions before shipping. Likewise, a quotation-request acknowledgement confirms registration, not final price, stock or a guaranteed response time.

Practical questions

I do not have an approved account. Where do I start?

Browse the public catalogue and partner programme, then use the access request or contact page. Client functions and assigned terms require account approval; visiting the site does not grant access.

Can I buy or accept a quotation here?

No. The online workflow lets you prepare a project, request a quotation and seek a revision according to your permissions. Commercial acceptance and purchase are finalised directly with the team. Keep the case reference for that exchange.

Sources and scope

These pages describe Inovexia workflows. They are neither a service contract nor a response-time guarantee: case-specific conditions require separate confirmation.
