Three open-access exercises using a fictional case or a file you are authorised to use. They complement Academy courses published in the professional workspace; they do not award course completion or certification.
01
For qualifying a request
Choose a small fictional site with three zones. Describe one use per zone, existing equipment and an unresolved question. Review the brief as if the project were new to you: can you understand the requirement without repeating the same questions?
Produce: a one-page brief separating facts, assumptions and next actions.
Use a meeting-room example. Draw local speech, incoming audio, camera and content sharing separately. For each path, name the source, destination and what a participant should observe during a test.
Produce: a conceptual diagram and test list, including compatibility questions still to check.
Compare two fictional proposals where one excludes configuration. Identify project consequences, write three clarification requests and prepare a handover-document list. Have another person review your table before drawing conclusions.
Produce: a reasoned comparison, test owners and a reservation register.
Available courses and enrolments are shown in Academy. No manufacturer badge or certification is promised here.
PARTNER FIELD GUIDE
Understand. Apply. Check what you have learned.
Start with public resources. In Academy, an approved partner account sees courses actually published for its role and language, alongside personal progress.
01
Three ways to prepare your next project.
These resources do not require course enrolment. They are not an announced course or session list.
01
Read an equipment chain
Start with a use, identify components and interfaces, then record unknowns. Dossiers distinguish operating principles, examples and specifications requiring an exact product check.
Use a guide and tool to make assumptions explicit: video storage, PoE budget or rack planning. An educational calculation is neither a site measurement nor manufacturer approval.
Turn guide questions into information to collect. Keep unknowns rather than inventing answers. An exported sheet remains your preparation document; it is not submitted as a quotation request.
The workspace shows published offerings, not assumed availability. If no course appears, use public resources and contact the team with your objective.
01
Choose an available course
Check the content, language and lessons offered for your profile. Lists may differ for reseller, technician and hybrid roles. A subject on this page does not guarantee a published workspace course.
Open the course, enrol and wait for confirmation. An existing enrolment is resumed, not duplicated. If saving fails, the click alone does not create verified progress.
03
Complete lessons
After reading, mark the lesson complete and check the workspace response. Reading a public guide or scrolling a page does not automatically complete an Academy lesson.
04
Take the quiz if offered
A published quiz becomes available after required lessons. Answer every question; the pass threshold is course-specific. Check the confirmed result, then revisit areas needing work. Sending answers is not yet a pass.
03
What progress proves — and does not prove.
Learning supports professional preparation. It does not remove equipment, site or responsibility checks.
A personal record
Lessons, attempts and results concern your enrolment. An internal completion certificate is available only when the course's completion conditions are met; merely holding an account is insufficient.
Not manufacturer certification
An Academy certificate is an internal course-completion record. It is not manufacturer certification, regulatory qualification or permission to intervene. Separately check any qualification required by the project.
Application still needs checking
On the next project, identify references, documents and checks supporting the selection. Assumptions, outstanding tests and limitations must remain visible even after completing a course.
Access depends on publication, account role and language. An empty list is not a progress error. Contact the team with the subject you need; this page guarantees no session date.
Must I finish lessons before the quiz?
Yes, required lessons must be recorded complete before attempting it. If no quiz is published, it cannot be completed: check the actual course state rather than assuming automatic approval.
Does the certificate replace a professional qualification?
No. It concerns only completion of the corresponding internal course. Practical skills, certifications or required authorisations must be assessed and obtained through their own processes.
How do I report missing progress?
Note the course title, lesson, time and displayed message. Check that you are using the same account and contact support without sharing your password. A screenshot taken before saving is not proof of completion.
